His notable career spans over 35 years in the international upstream resources industry, where he has held various managerial and senior technical roles with companies such as BP, Ampolex Ltd, Oil Search Ltd, Petsec Energy Ltd, Nex Metals Explorations Ltd, and Petko Resources Pty Ltd.
Mr. Ahmad Tamer

Mr. Ahmad Tamer is an experienced accounting professional with over two decades of experience delivering financial solutions and business outcomes across private sector. A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, with extensive experience in accounting, financial services, project management, and business operations. His career includes roles with Clarence Financial Pty Ltd, Tamer & Associates Pty Ltd, and Nation Wide Logistics Pty Ltd. He brings strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver practical solutions that support business growth.
Mr. Jon Cole

Mr. Jon Cole is a British resources industry technical expert with over 40 years experience in the industry. Starting his career with the Les Mines Selbaie Copper/Gold Mine with BP Minerals in Canada. Followed by various projects globally, including the discovery, delineation and early development phases of resource projects. Jon has worked on various projects throughout the Middle East and North African (MENA) Region, Australasia, United Kingdom, PNG and South America. He has held various managerial and senior technical & commercial roles with companies such as BP, Ampolex Ltd and Oil Search Ltd.
Mr. Riad Saleh Mohamed Fadle

Mr. Riad Fadle is a senior executive in the resource industry with extensive operational experience across the Middle East North African (MENA) region. He is an experienced negotiator, project manager, and is a respected professional with extensive relationships within Egypt across the private sector, various government administrative bodies, and local communities in operational areas. Mr. Fadle has held senior managerial roles with companies such as Vintage Petroleum Inc, Occidental Petroleum Corp., Petsec Energy Ltd, Nex Metals Explorations Ltd, and NexGold International Mining Co.
Mr. Dean Graves
Operations Manager – B.Sc. Hons. MSc Pet. Engineering
Mr. Dean Graves is a senior Australian resource industry geologist and engineer having over 25 years’ professional experience. His career has encompassed projects in Australia and Papua New Guinea for Ampolex, Mobil and Santos with key operating experience gained with Burlington Resources in the UK & Algeria followed by 10 years with Oil Search Limited working Egypt, Yemen and PNG. He has additionally worked at remote operations hubs focusing on Performance and Innovation and on minerals and coal exploration and production projects in outback Australia.
